We are sorry that you did not receive your package. It is possible that the delivery driver delivered the package to a safe place or to a neighbor's place.
Check the outside of your property as the package may have been left in a secure location. It is also worth checking the delivery information on the tracking system as the delivery images captured by the driver may help determine where the package was left.
Please also ask your neighbors, as the driver may have left the package with them.
